1. Policy Statement

Human Resources is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s affirmative action programs and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This includes overseeing internal audits, reporting, and accommodation processes.
Executive leadership maintains overall responsibility for supporting and enforcing the company’s affirmative action and equal employment opportunity policies:

Executive leadership is responsible for ensuring that sufficient resources are allocated to support affirmative action efforts and that these principles are integrated into the company’s business operations.
All managers and supervisors are responsible for supporting the company’s affirmative action program and ensuring fair and equitable treatment in all employment decisions.
3. Outreach and Recruitment
C2 GA, LLC is committed to recruiting qualified individuals with disabilities and protected veterans. The company will engage in outreach and recruitment efforts such as posting job opportunities with state employment services; partnering with veteran organizations; engaging agencies that support individuals with disabilities; and utilizing inclusive recruitment practices.
4. Review of Personnel Processes
C2 GA, LLC will periodically review its personnel processes to ensure that qualified individuals with disabilities and protected veterans are not excluded from employment opportunities.
This includes reviewing application procedures, hiring processes, promotions, and terminations to ensure fairness and accessibility.
5. Reasonable Accommodation
C2 GA, LLC will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities, unless doing so would cause undue hardship.
