Avigilon - Alta Open (Marietta)
Security Access at ClearVue Glass
ClearVue Glass uses the Avigilon Alta access control system at its Georgia facility to help keep our workplace secure while making access simple for employees.
As part of this system, employees may use the Alta Open mobile app, which allows you to unlock doors using your smartphone in addition to (or instead of) a keycard.
What this means for you
Convenient access – Use your phone or badge to enter authorized areas
Quick entry – Doors can unlock automatically when you’re nearby or with a simple tap or wave
Secure access – You can only enter spaces you’re approved for
No lost keys – Access can be updated instantly if anything changes

How To Set Up the APP on your Mobile Device
Once access is granted in the system, you will receive an email from Avigilon Alta: noreply@alta.avigilon.com. Please check your Junk or Spam folder if you did not.
Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements to install the app
Download the Alta Open mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Enter the email address you used to receive the setup email, then tap Next.
Select the organization you are using the app with: ClearVue.
You will be prompted to open your email app on your mobile device. Open the email on the same device where the Alta Open mobile app was installed. The setup link will not work on a different device.
In the email, tap Set Up on Phone.
Accept the Terms of Use to continue.
If you experience issues receiving the email or accessing the setup link, refer to “Alta Open mobile app setup link not working or not received.”
After selecting the link, the app will complete setup, log you in, and guide you through the remaining configuration steps. Once complete, the app will display the entries you have access to.
Important: Bluetooth and Location Services must both be enabled, and Location access must be set to “Always On.”
